Hotel Halibas

Velika Plaza - Long Beach - starts about 80 m from the hotel and runs for 13 km of soft, shallow sand, which makes it one of the safest beaches on the coast for families and one of the best in the Adriatic for kitesurfing. Mala Ulcinjska Beach is around 5 km away and the pebbled bay of Valdanos, surrounded by ancient olive groves, is about 9 km away.

The Old Town of Ulcinj, with its walls, museum and views over the sea, is roughly 6 km from the hotel. Along the way you pass local bakeries, markets and the town promenade. Nearby cafes and bars include Green Bar at about 1.3 km, Kalamper at about 2.8 km and Avanti at about 4.3 km, all reachable in a few minutes by car.

Ada Bojana, the river island known for its fish restaurants and wide beaches, is about 15 km south. The Ulcinj Salina, a protected wetland where flamingos and thousands of migrating birds stop each year, sits just behind the beach. Further north, Shas Lake, the olive groves of Valdanos and the Skadar Lake National Park make easy half-day drives.

Podgorica Airport is around 71 km from the hotel and Tivat Airport around 88 km, both roughly an hour to an hour and a half by car.
